Met the GVHD Challengers

A project with Incyte brought awareness to patients suffering from graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) by partnering with Mia Hamm, who lost her brother to complications from a bone marrow transplant. The campaign was all about the importance of a support network i.e. fans that include doctors, friends, colleagues and family, all of whom are key in helping patients maintain an open dialogue while paying close attention to managing symptoms and optimizing health outcomes. We crafted a hero film where Mia Hamm introduces specific patient ‘Challengers’ in the form of special trading cards that highlight their individuals stories - from symptoms, to diagnosis to overcoming the setback of experiencing additional illness with the help of their dedicated fans.
